FAQ's

You'll get your first box within a few days after you place your order, then you'll get your next box in your membership after the 15th of the following month. So if you order your box on August 1st, you'll receive your first box within a few days. Your September box will be delivered a few days after September 15th depending on local mail carriers.

We partner with small businesses who have a similar mission of a zero waste and 100% plastic-free initiatives to bring a variety of plastic free beauty and hygiene products in your box every month. We feature these small businesses both on our website (on the Box of the Month Page) and individually we recognize and promote these small businesses on our instagram page @lotusbrandco.

We work with USPS to deliver the boxes as quickly as possible in all regions for the U.S.

The Lotus Monthly box is billed monthly and will be taken out every month until you cancel your subscription.

Lotus Brand Box is 100% plastic free in every way possible. The box is 100% corrugated recycled material, the wood filler inside of the box is 100% biodegradeable and repurposed from larger wood mills, the tape used to close the box is water adhesive and uses zero plastic and is Eco-Friendly. The ink used on the box is sustainably farmed squid ink and 100% chemical free and biodegradeable. Everything from the box, and the product being package free is 100% Plastic Free.
